We have four manufacturing facilities; one in the USA, one in Sri Lanka, and two in India with an overall capacity of 1475 tonnes per day (TPD) with 12 furnaces and 65 production lines. We also design, produce and decorate specialized glass packaging for the global cosmetics, perfumery, skin-care, food, and beverage industry.
At Kosamba, India facility, we produce USP Type I, II, and III glass Bottles and Vials for the pharmaceutical industry, Type III glass bottles for Cosmetics & Perfumery industry, and also Feeder-Coloured bottles in various shades. Here we have a dedicated facility for Type-I borosilicate glass for moulded pharmaceutical glass packaging and a dedicated facility for premium Cosmetics & Perfumery glass bottles. Our in-house Decoration Unit, ANSA Deco Glass, is also present at this location.
At Jambusar, India facility, we have one of the world’s largest single installed capacities for pharmaceutical packaging in amber-glass. In this facility, we produce Type III amber-glass bottles and vials pharmaceutical industry. And Type III flint bottles for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics & Perfumery, and Specialty Food & Beverage industry.
Park Hills, USA
At Park Hills, USA facility, we produce Type III flint bottles, for the Cosmetics & Perfumery and Specialty Food & Beverage industry. There is an infrastructure to produce Feeder-Coloured bottles in various shades. All lines have inspection machines and hot and cold end coating facilities. We have in-house mould design and manufacturing workshop. The glass bottle decoration facility is located at Williamstown, New Jersey.
Horana, Sri Lanka
At Horana, Sri Lanka facility, we produce Type III flint and amber glass bottles for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics & Perfumery, and Specialty Food & Beverage industry. There is an infrastructure to produce Feeder-Coloured bottles in various shades and a dedicated in-house glass bottle printing facility in this facility.
Mould Design & Manufacturing
Our facilities are supported by dedicated and modern mould design and manufacturing workshops.
The mould design unit consists of designers who work on software such as UNIGRAPHIX NX-5 for product designs and use IMAGEWARE for reverse engineering.
The mould workshops are equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines with a separate infrastructure for sample mould

Our facilities have the latest machines and equipment sourced from globally reputed suppliers. For instance, the furnaces, distributors, and forehearths are by HORN and SORG (Germany); Batch House and Hot cullet conveyors by Zippe (Germany); IS machines from EMHART (Switzerland) and Bottero (Italy; Stackers from Bottero (Italy); Sheppee from UK from Germany and BDF from Italy; Annealing LEHRS from Pennekamp (Germany), and Inspection Machines from EMHART (Switzerland), HEYE (Germany), IRIS (France),and TIAMA from France
To produce new colours based on customer requirements, we have a colouring feeder operation for the perfume segment in technical collaboration with a world leader in coloring systems. We are the first company in to offer such solution to the customers. The colouring feeder operation helps our customers reduce development lead time. We produce six basic colours (blue, green, purple, light gray green, dark gray, and black) in 15 different shades.
We have modern and equipped chemical laboratory to check, inspect, and validate all incoming raw material as well as the quality of glass on a continuous basis. Our laboratory is equipped with WDXRF S-4 for chemical composition testing of glass and raw materials; Atomic absorption spectrophotometer for metal testing at ppm level; Lambda 35 UV visible spectrophotometer, equipped with color measurement software for color and light transmission measurement; Petrological microscope for glass defect identification; Stereo microscope from Zeiss, Germany, for glass homogeneity testing; and Flame photometer for alkali and extract testing in glass containers.
